the user port to be classified, after posting four works

it can be classified as:
-Beginner
-Novice
-Moderate
-Intermediate
-Semi-professional
-Professional

if someone wants to ask questions to the staff, open a topic in "Classification questions"

When the classing is over, must wait 2 weeks to can classing again.
